Refunds & Returns Policy

Printing Orders are made to your specification and/or personalised by you for yourself, your company, or your organisation.

Due to the customizable nature of the printed products that we manufacture, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334) do NOT afford the buyer a right to cancel the order within the 7-day period.

In the unlikely event that an item doesn’t meet our published specification, a Refund may be given at the discretion of Trade Printing Group Ltd Management. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
