What are QUOTE FORMS?
A Quote Form is used by businesses to give an exact, agreed calculation of value, quantity, price or extent of potential product supply or services that they can offer to another party.
The difference between a Quote and an Estimate is that a Quote is an agreed value, time or price for goods or services, were an Estimate is approximate in value, time, or price were.
Quotation Form Features include: your client or potential client's details, their Telephone No, Mobile Tel No., and E-mail address.
This form also has product quantity, 'Description of Quotation', and the price, and total. A limited Validity notice of 30 days is standard.
The footer contains your client's signature and date, your sales person's signature and date, plus any other Agreed Terms of Sale.
For a company to work out a Quote it needs to know its fixed and variable costs. These include the cost-per-hour of manual labour and the cost of the materials it will need to complete the Quotation.
This estimate based on what you think the job will involve. All should be provided in writing (preferably as Carbonless NCR), including a detailed breakdown. This will help to avoid any disputes about what work or service is included in your overall price.
You're also enforcing your brand is remembered with your potential client, or pricing job, as your company logo and contact details will be professionally printed on the custom Pads or Books that your potential client will be receiving.

Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland are usually 1 working day by default due to logistics from our main factory.
Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight — can take around 3 working days to deliver.
Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey — post Brexit - can take up to 1 Week to export. NO UPGRADES AVAILABLE!
Western Europe — post Brexit — can take around from 2 - 4 weeks to export and clear through Customs in your own country. Will be Charged at going rate.
DUBAI can take 7-10 days to export to.

Actual shipping time of your print order will vary depending on where you are in the country and when you order. Working Day times are all Monday to Friday only as standard.

If you'll have MORE than one parcel in your print order that needs to be expedited, we will advise you at time of order and charge you accordingly.
NOTE: Once parcels are collected by our carrier, responsibility for on-time delivery rests with the carrier as circumstances may occur beyond our control (i.e. office closed, weather, strikes, flight delays, access denied etc).
