WHAT ARE DAYWORKS?
Day Works allow accurate recording of site details for field service engineers or a Clerk of Works during a site survey or construction site call-out, with the emphasis on a Description of Works, plus Labour and Plant time and Materials used, that can then be shared with the customer and kept as a record.
Day Works Features include: site contact name; location of works or site address; labour time and costs; plant and machinery time and costs; materials used on site; and then dual signatures for both the company engineer and the client's representative on-site.
As a sub-section of "Works" or "Site Reports" templates for construction, air conditioning, engineering, IT, or aerospace industries, with carbonless NCR being the most efficient way to create a multi-page site report for a client or your business.
Another variation is a WORKSHEET REPORT which has the Type of Works with Fixed Price, Additional price, Call-out Request, and Materials Purchased only. This report like Dayworks, also includes a Description of the Works; an Employee Signature; Employee's Hours' worked; Materials Ordered and Used; Additional Information; plus Customer signatures.
