You need a Daily Returns Note to record on a daily basis when parts have been Incorrectly ordered or damaged in transit, and if the damage was reported immediately after receipt of same. The company will then process this information to either refund or replace the parts.

Western Europe — post Brexit — can take around from 2 - 4 weeks to export and clear through Customs in your own country. Will be Charged at going rate.
