Invoice Books explained
Invoice Books are personalised, carbonless NCR sheets, which are perforated and staple-bound into an NCR Book of 50 Sets.
These NCR sheets can be date-stamped, customised with your company details and then used to record a transaction between a client and yourselves, especially for the self-employed.
You can get these sheets customised so that they reflect your UK or Irish business’ colours and logo.
A cheaper printed variant can also be glued into 50 Sets as an Invoice Pad or a Purchases Journal (also referred to as a 'Purchase book' or or 'Invoice journal') which is also used for recording.
A custom INVOICE is a branded document issued by a seller to their buyer that indicate quantities, descriptions and prices of the products or services provided by the seller.
A customised Invoice Book variant though is great for sales and accounts people who deal with the money and finances of your business, as they're ideal for recording at least two copies of all sales information that has been hand-written onto the top page, and then duplicated immediately and can be seen on the next coloured page below it.
Our personalised Invoice books and pads are fabulously quick and easy to make copies of your transactions on-the-fly for self-employed people too.
Eliminate the need to go back to the office and makes photocopies or scans.
Don't waste money on cheap, generic, unbranded, invoice pads from supermarkets as you'll just look awfully cheap to your customers and look like you don't care about the professionalism of your brand.
Once duplicated (or triplicated if a 3-part NCR) they can easily be filed within a Bisley filing cabinet, a drawer, a lever-arch file, and brought back from a job.
