WHAT IS A GOODS RETURN COLLECTION NOTE?
Goods Return Collection Notes are used for recording hand-written, detailed information about a courier collecting mechanical, machine or electronic parts for return to the seller after purchase. The form enables recorded comments and ensures speedy processing of the returned parts.
When do you need to use Goods Return Collection Note
You need a Goods Return Collection Note to record the courier's collection date and comments when parts have been Incorrectly ordered or damaged in transit if the damage was reported immediately after receipt of same. The company will then either refund or replace the parts.
What key elements should be on a Goods Return Collection Note form?
A standard GRN Collection Note form must contain processes for:
- Collection Date
- Collection Note Number
- Name of person or Company collecting goods
- Name, Address and phone number of buyer
- Code / Ref
- Description of the Items
- Comments on the collection

Highlands, Islands and Europe, post Brexit can take one week to export!

Actual shipping time of your print order will vary depending on where you are in the country and when you order. Working Day times are all Monday to Friday only as standard. These exclude weekends and public holidays (although sometimes our carrriers choose to elect a weekend day to deliver to non-commercial premises). If you'll have more than one parcel in your print order that needs to be expedited, we will advise you at time of order and charge you accordingly.
NOTE: Once parcels are collected by our carrier, responsibility for on-time delivery rests with the carrier as circumstances may occur beyond our control (i.e. office closed, weather, flight delays, access denied etc).
