WHAT ARE SCHOOL MEETING SUMMARY FORMS?
School Meeting Summary books allow a documented, official record of a meeting that takes place to discuss the welfare of the school, educational institution, educational academy or institutes.
Containing all the required information regarding the attendees (usually parents and senior teachers) makes them very useful and effective in recording important discussions regarding pupils, a school’s management system and structure, and current UK educational standards and practices.
Personalise your own School Meeting Summary printed with a school or academy logo and we will print for you on Carbonless NCR.
When do you need to use a Meeting Summary Book?
You need a School Meeting Summary when meeting with parents that need recorded for the school governors or educational authorities for future reference and contain all the necessary details about the stakeholders at the meeting
What key elements should be on a School Meeting Summary form?
A standard UK Meeting Summary must contain processes for:
- Recording the agenda of the meeting
- Information, including contact details of the people attending
- Recording in writing the date and time of the meeting
- Describe about the important Actions or measures to be taken
We can personalise these for your school or educational institution.
We normally print these for educational institutions as:
- NCR BOOKS: 50 NCR Sets perforated, stapled and tape-bound on spine for robustness allowing you to retain a copy in the Book.
