The most cost-effective approach is to use one of our existing NCR Invoice Book templates, Receipt Book templates, Invoice Pad templates with other Days Works and Receipt Pads and NCR Set templates and include your own details including your company logo. We can delete elements from the original artwork too (although if we’ve to ADD bespoke elements such as new sections, credit card details etc., you’ll have to pay the extra Professional Studio Artwork charge as above).

Presentation Folders – printing A4 Folders, Presentation Wallet Folders and other custom Printed Folders

Trade Printing UK's fantastic oversize A4 Presentation Folders and other custom printed folders are great to present your quotes, tenders, estimates, training materials and samples professionally. Custom Presentation Folders are a cost-effective way to market your business with print too and ensure your documents are presented to your potential business clients as professionally as possible. We have two different types of Presentation Folder, the first is our short-run digital printing Presentation Folders which are great for 50 - 200 copies if you only need a relative few to get your started, especially for tenders and quotes etc. We print on 350gsm Silk Artboard card, our oversize A4 Presentation Folders contains a single, inner, generic white pocket glued into the inside right page and this includes a pair of business card slits. We have options to either Matt Laminate or Gloss Laminate your Presentation Folders as well. They'll fit perfectly in a standard C4 envelope (which Trade Printing UK can print for you as well!).

The other Presentation Folder type that we print is our longer-run (250+ quantities), via litho print (using our big printing presses) Presentation Folders, again in over-size A4 format. By using the bigger printing presses we thus have a bigger sheet size to work with (compared to just SRA3 with the short-run digitally-print Presentation Folders), meaning we can have two proper interlocking flaps (the job is supplied flat, so you make each one up yourself as you require one) utilising both a standard spine or an extra-capacity 5mm “gusset” spine when you need to incorporate even more inserted printed pages or samples etc. for your clients.

We also print our fabulous Presentation Folders on premium 350gsm Silk Artboard card and again you've got the options of either Matt lamination for silky business folder finish, or Gloss lamination for a really shiny business folder finish, on one or two sides for that extra special, bespoke touch. We have professional Adobe Illustrator EPS templates (can also be used in Quark and InDesign) available (with the die-cut forme for the litho-based, longer-run printed Presentation Folders, so you can design (or let your professional graphic designer use it to produce your printed folders' professional artwork). Both types of Presentation Folders include free delivery via DHL making them even better value-for-money.

Our packaging and Parcelforce or UK Mail

We use strong, double-walled, generic Smurfit boxes. For packaging heavier items up to 30Kg we double-pack for even better transit strength. Our mailing label only contains a generic Parcelforce or UK Mail barcode too, so if we have to ship directly to your client they'll have no idea where it comes from. As far as your customer will be aware, their job was produced BY YOU!
