Plain Freepost Standard DL non-window envelopes are one of the most popular European sizes (both single colour and full colour). Bear in mind that over time (less than a year) they are prone to drying out in warmer office conditions, but are less expensive to produce and the majority of our clients prefer them due the advantage of ease of use, no manual licking involved (yuck! we all remember licking gummed envelopes is like a bulldog chewing a wasp) and less office waste (those little white peel-off strips on Peel & Seal envelopes have to be dumped somewhere!) so they are normally used quite quickly for specific mail-outs or in a normal office environment. Production notes to design a Freepost Standard Non-Window DL-size Printed Colour Envelope

Trade Printing UK traditionally work with wallet-style (top opening) flaps on our Plain Freepost Standard Non-Window DL envelope range. The flaps are usually always already down by default. If you need printing on the main top flap on the back of the envelope then you'd require Gummed envelopes, which would cost more as we would treat this as a bespoke order. The cheapest way for you to do it is to print your return address etc. at the base (within 10mm) on the front side of the Plain Freepost Standard Non-Window DL envelope. That's where the Royal Mail will look for it nowadays anyway.
