If required we will create professional Artwork to the Royal Mail's specifications from the design brief below and send you a PDF draft via E-mail. You can then forward this PDF to your account manager at the Royal Mail for approval.

You will ONLY pay for the order at the sign-off stage (before actual production begins).


The prices on the right are the standard costs for our printed Envelopes.

If you want printing on both sides or the front and flap ad 50%.

Heavy ink coverage (between 30% and 60%) incurs a surcharge of 30% added to the prices on the right. In the 'Important Information' section on the right down the page is an explantation of ink coverage levels.

There is no additional charge if you need 100gsm self-seel envelopes instead of our standard Superior 120gsm peel & seal envelopes.

We aim to have your job produced and delivered within just

FREE Delivery within UK + Ireland

All prices quoted include **FREE Delivery with UK + Ireland (via DPD 48-hr service after production is complete) but do not include VAT (which has to be added).

If you do not supply your own artwork (which must be of a professional standard), setup fees may apply @ £25 + VAT per 1/2 hour.


*Large orders (10,000+ Envelopes) may require an increased turnaround time which we will advise.

Additional Ink Coverage Charges

Standard Peel & Seal Envelopes

Peel & Seal

Our standard Superior Peel & Seal Envelopes have a strip that peels off like a sticker to reveal the adhesive gum surface. The main benefit over self-seal envelopes is if you keep them in storage for periods longer than 6 months the gum won't dry out.

Optional Self Seal Envelopes

Self-Seal

For the same cost we can print on 100gsm self-seal envelopes.

Self-Seal Envelopes have two gummed strips that when pressed together securely close the envelope.
Wallet Flap

Wallet Flap

‘Wallet’ style are Envelopes with the flap along the long edge, making it easier to insert/remove documents.

All our over-printed DL, C5 & C4 Peel & Seal Envelopes are Wallet style, with a flap depth of 33mm.
Overprinted Envelopes Ink Coverage limits

Ink Coverage Limit

Artwork that has ink coverage over 60% and up to 100% will likely be rejected.

If you're unsure you can email us a sample of the artwork and we can advise if it's possible to be produced.
