HOW TO PAY
for your Printing

Credit or Debit Card Payments
BACS Payments

We’re here to take good care of your print order, however at these low prices we only offer our printing services on a PAYMENT-WITH-ORDER basis and only request payment once your order is proofed & approved.

WE DON’T TAKE PAYMENT AT THE ORDER SUBMISSION STAGE
As you’ll see when you fill in one of our easy, on-line Order Forms from one of our Templates, we don’t take payment at the time of order, as it allows us to check your order details, any logo graphics etc. initially in case you’ve made an error. Your Order Contact will then send you a confirmation and request for payment via E-mail. Payment is required in full before production begins.

HERE IS THE NORMAL PROCESS WE ENCOUNTER WITH THE MAJORITY OF CUSTOMERS
If you choose one of our printing Templates, your Order Contact would create the artwork proof for you, with which you’ll get a chance to check and sign-off approval before payment is made. Once we receive your final Copy Approval (via E-mail), your Order Contact will request that you phone us on 048 9084 1234 (+44 9084 1234 from outside the UK/Ireland) with your payment details (Credit / Debit cards are the most popular), or you can also phone or E-mail to inform us if you prefer a ProForma Invoice first (quote your Purchase Order number at that stage) through E-mail to pay via BACS Faster Payments Bank Transfer, or via PayPal if you wish (great for AMEX card users!).

BACS Bank Transfer Faster Payments

For Bank Transfer payments
Phone or E-mail: your Order Contact

Inform your Order Contact / Account Rep that you wish to pay via BACS (tell them your P/O No. at that stage, if you need one) and they will instruct our Accounts Dept to send you a ProForma Invoice PDF and our bank details via E-mail. Once your BACS payment is received in our bank account, we can then proceed to production.

Credit / Debit Card Payment

For PayPal payments (£ / € / $ / AUD$ / kr)
Phone or E-mail: your Order Contact

We accept PayPal payments in either GBP £, Euros €, US Dollars $, Canadian Dollars $, Australian Dollars $, Norweigan Kroner kr, or Swedish Kronor kr. Inform your Order Contact that you wish to pay via PayPal and in which currency; we will then create a PayPal-generated Invoice via E-mail.

FAQs for our payment methods

CUSTOM ARTWORK PAID FOR UP FRONT
With custom artwork requiring dedicated studio time, we require payment up front for that, the price of which is agreed via E-mail with your Order Contact before-hand. You can pay via Credit or Debit card via Telephone on 048 9084 1234 (+44 9084 1234 from outside the UK/Ireland). Once the Artwork process has finished, you would then complete the transaction by paying the Balance for the Printed part of the job. All jobs are paid for BEFORE production would begin.

WHY DO YOU NOT TAKE ON-LINE PAYMENTS LIKE EVERYONE ELSE?
Simply, we’ve concluded that buying print should not be impersonal and is not like buying a mass-produced item such as a DVD on Amazon. Buying a custom-printed item is usually quite bespoke, full of techno-babble that many people have little or no clue about and we’ve found the majority of our customers prefer the re-assurance of talking to a real person, whether by phone or E-mail, so that their order doesn’t feel like it’s anonymous and they’re just dealing with a computer (many other printing companies make that mistake!). We’re different to the rest!

WILL YOU TREAT MY DETAILS SECURELY?
Yes. Our mandatory, internal policy for all staff is to securely SHRED (cross cut) all personal details, including payment details. We do NOT hold your payment details on any internal or external system. Once the Credit / Debit Card transaction has been processed, it’s immediately destroyed. We have shredders throughout our offices and factory.

WE DON’T KEEP YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS
You will need to phone each time to pay for an order. We realise it’s a hassle for some people and no doubt we lose a small portion of business, but we find that the majority of our customers really like the opportunity to speak with us personally and to have that reassurance of the personal touch in speaking with a real person; plus it’s a chance for us to keep in touch with you.
